TetraOps (“TetraOps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an advertising and analytics platform that helps businesses understand the performance of their marketing by connecting and analyzing data from third-party advertising and analytics services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.
This policy applies to the TetraOps application and website at https://tetraops.app and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by TetraOps AI, located at 769 E 2725 N, North Ogden, UT 84414. For any privacy questions, contact us at [email protected].
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide to us
- Account information: name, email address, company name, and password (stored in hashed form) when you create an account.
- Communications: information you provide when you contact support or correspond with us.
2.2 Information from connected third-party platforms
TetraOps lets you connect third-party advertising and analytics accounts that you own or are authorized to access. When you connect an account, you authorize us — through that platform's official authentication (OAuth) — to access certain data on your behalf. Depending on which platforms you connect, this may include:
- Google Analytics (GA4): read-only access to your Google Analytics accounts, properties, and reporting data (for example sessions, users, events, and conversions), to display analytics and attribution insights in the Service.
- Google Ads: advertising performance data such as campaigns, spend, impressions, clicks, and conversions, to display advertising reporting and attribution.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads: advertising performance data such as campaigns, spend, impressions, clicks, and conversions.
- Other platforms you connect (for example TikTok), limited to the data needed to provide the reporting and attribution features you use.
We request read-only access wherever the platform offers it, and only the minimum scopes needed to provide the features you use.
2.3 Authentication credentials
When you connect a platform, we receive access tokens (and, where applicable, refresh tokens) issued by that platform. We store these credentials by secure reference in an encrypted secrets store, separate from your other account data. We do not store them in plain text.
2.4 Information collected automatically
- Usage and log data: actions taken in the Service, timestamps, and error logs.
- Device and connection data: IP address, browser type, and similar technical information.
- Cookies and similar technologies: used to keep you signed in and to operate the Service (see Section 11).
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
- retrieve and display the advertising and analytics data from the platforms you connect;
- generate attribution, reporting, and performance insights for you;
- authenticate you and keep your account and connections secure;
- respond to your requests and provide support;
- monitor, debug, and improve the Service; and
- comply with legal obligations.
We do not use data obtained from connected platforms for advertising, and we do not sell your data or data obtained from connected platforms.
4. Google user data and Limited Use
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
- We only access Google user data to provide and improve the user-facing features described in this policy.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition (as described in Section 6).
- We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless (a) we have your consent for specific data, (b) it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), (c) it is necessary to comply with applicable law, or (d) the data is aggregated and anonymized and used for internal operations.
The Google services we may access (depending on what you connect) include the Google Analytics Data API, the Google Analytics Admin API, and the Google Ads API, using the scopes you authorize at connection time.
5. Meta platform data
If you connect a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account, our access to and use of Meta platform data complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We use Meta advertising data only to provide the reporting and attribution features you use, and we do not sell it or use it for purposes you have not authorized.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information or data from connected platforms. We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers (subprocessors): vendors who help us operate the Service (such as cloud hosting and infrastructure providers) under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations, and only to the extent needed to provide their services. A current list is available on request at [email protected].
- Legal and safety: when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of TetraOps, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this policy or notify you of any material change.
7. How we store and protect data
- Platform access and refresh tokens are stored by secure reference in an encrypted secrets store, separate from application data and never in plain text.
- Data is logically separated by customer account so that one customer cannot access another customer's data.
- Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel and controlled by permission-based access.
- We use industry-standard safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. We retain data obtained from connected platforms only as long as needed to provide the Service, and we delete or anonymize it within 365 days after you disconnect a platform or close your account, unless a longer period is required by law.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
You can also:
- Disconnect a platform at any time from within the Service, which revokes our ongoing access to that platform's data.
- Revoke access directly at the platform:
- Google: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
- Meta: your Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
- Delete your account by contacting us at [email protected].
When you disconnect a platform or delete your account, we delete the associated stored credentials and the platform data we hold, subject to the retention limits in Section 8.
10. International data transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than the one in which you live, including the United States. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps to ensure it is protected consistent with this policy and applicable law.
11. Cookies and similar technologies
We use strictly necessary cookies to authenticate you and operate the Service.
12. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
